Leading initiatives to enhance clinician engagement, the full-time Licensed Clinician Experience Director will develop and execute strategies for clinician retention and well-being while collaborating with cross-functional teams in a remote environment. Key responsibilities Develop and implement a multi-year strategy to improve clinician experience across various disciplines Lead programs aimed at enhancing retention and career advancement for clinical staff Collaborate with multiple departments to optimize workflows and reduce administrative burdens for clinicians Required qualifications Bachelor's Degree required; Master's Degree in Nursing, Healthcare Administration, Business, or related field preferred 6 to 8+ years of experience in healthcare operations or clinical leadership Active clinical license (RN, RD, or MSW) preferred, or equivalent operational expertise in a clinical setting Proven ability to manage large-scale projects and lead cross-functional teams Strong understanding of the challenges faced by frontline clinical staff
