We’re currently hiring a full-time Licensed Specialist Clinical Social Worker (LSCSW) to provide virtual outpatient therapy for adult patients through one of our trusted Kansas-based partners. This role requires candidates to either hold an active Licensed Clinical Addiction Counselor (LCAC) license in Kansas or be eligible and willing to obtain LCAC licensure with support from Iris Telehealth.

What You'll Do

• Conduct comprehensiveinitialevaluationsandestablishinitial treatment plans.

• Providebothindividualand familytherapy topatients(primarilyages18+, but includes lifespan), withdiagnosesincludinggeneral mental health SMI

• Collaborate with a wide network of support, including psychiatry, crisis services, peer support, case managers, and more.

• Setting: 100% Remote |outpatientclinicbased out ofKansas

• Schedule: Monday–Friday,40hrs/wk,with 3 days being after 5pm CSTrequired

• Appointments: 60-90minutesforinitialevaluations,30-60minutesfor follow-up appointments

• Administrativetime: 1-2 hours per week

• Caseload: 6-8 clients scheduled per day

Qualifications

• Proven experience in providing therapy services as an independentlylicensed Licensed Specialist Clinical Social Worker (LSCSW)

• Active Kansa LSCSW license required

• Active Kansas Licensed Clinical Addiction Counselor (LCAC) license OR eligibility and willingness to obtain LCAC licensure required

• Experience working with patients with substance use disorders and/or co-occurring mental health and substance use needs preferred

• Full-time availability (40hoursper week) during CST hours

• Experience and comfort treating patients across varying acuity levels

• Telehealth experience preferred (familiarity with SmartCare is a plus!)

• Reside in the U.S. or a U.S. territory
