Position Overview
LifeStance Health seeks Clinical Psychologists to join the Edgewood Clinical Services team, delivering 100% therapy services to adult and child/adolescent populations under a fee‑for‑service productivity model. The role requires full licensure in Illinois or be in the process of taking the full license exam, with a Ph.D. or Psy.D. background.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide therapy services to adult and child/adolescent patients.
- Work within a collaborative, technology‑enabled clinic environment.
- Manage client caseload through the organization’s billing and scheduling system.
- Participate in ongoing clinical meetings and quality improvement initiatives.
Qualifications
- Ph.D. or Psy.D. required.
- Fully licensed and credentialed in Illinois, or in the process of taking the full license exam.
- Ability to work closely with adults and child/adolescent populations.
- Commitment to clinical excellence and patient‑centered care.

Compensation
Compensation range: $115,000 – $135,000, based on productivity.
