Position

We are actively looking to hire talented Clinical Psychologists in the area for LifeStance Health, who are passionate about patient care and committed to clinical excellence.

Location

We have over 45 physical locations throughout Illinois!

Key Responsibilities

• Deliver high‑quality behavioral healthcare.
• Provide full‑time therapy‑only services.
• Work closely with adults and child/adolescent populations.

Employment Model & Compensation

• Fee‑for‑Service Productivity Model – W2.
• Compensation Range $115,000 – $135,000. Compensation model based on productivity.
• Full‑time position.
• Full time billers and full‑time schedulers will support scheduling, billing.
• Full administrative support.

Qualifications

• Fully licensed and credentialed in Illinois or in process of taking full license exam in Illinois; including a Ph.D. or Psy.D.
