(MSW candidates without independent LCSW licensure will not beconsidered.) Master's Degree in SocialWork from an accredited program. Active LCSW licensure inAlabama and/or Tennessee. Candidates licensed in onlyone of these states must be willing and able to obtain licensure in the otherwithin a reasonable timeframe. Experience providing directcounseling and psychosocial support. Experience connectingpatients with community resources and social-service programs. Strong clinical judgment,communication, organization, and documentation skills. Proven ability tocollaborate effectively with interdisciplinary healthcare teams. Comfortable working in adynamic, fast-paced organization where processes continue to evolve. Preferred Experience supportingoncology patients or other medically complex populations. Experience in caremanagement, population health, or value-based care. Experience mentoring carecoordinators or other members of an interdisciplinary team. Familiarity with healthcaresystems and community resources throughout Alabama and/or Tennessee.
