NeuroHealth Treatment Centers is seeking a compassionate, experienced, and motivated Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) to join our growing outpatient mental health practice.

This is a full-time, salaried W-2 position with a flexible hybrid work schedule, allowing the clinician to provide care both remotely and in our Fort Lauderdale office.

The anticipated schedule will generally include 1–2 days per week in the office and 3–4 days per week working remotely, based on clinical and business needs.

South Florida Residency Required

This position is only available to candidates who currently live in South Florida and reside within Palm Beach, Broward, or Miami-Dade County.

Candidates must be able to commute to our Fort Lauderdale office for their scheduled in-office days.

Bilingual Spanish-speaking candidates are strongly preferred.

As part of our multidisciplinary team, you will have the opportunity to work alongside psychiatrists, psychiatric nurse practitioners, and other mental health professionals to provide coordinated, comprehensive care to our patients.

Position Overview

The Licensed Clinical Social Worker will provide individual psychotherapy to adults within our outpatient mental health practice.

Therapy sessions are scheduled for 60 minutes, allowing clinicians adequate time to develop meaningful therapeutic relationships and provide thoughtful, high-quality care.

The anticipated clinical workload is approximately 6–8 patients per day, supporting a balanced and sustainable schedule while maintaining a strong focus on quality patient care.

This is a full-time salaried position with a hybrid schedule consisting of approximately 1–2 days in the Fort Lauderdale office and 3–4 days remotely.

Responsibilities

• Provide high-quality individual psychotherapy using evidence-based therapeutic approaches.
• Conduct comprehensive psychosocial assessments and ongoing clinical evaluations.
• Develop individualized treatment plans based on each patient's clinical needs and treatment goals.
• Provide therapy for patients experiencing conditions such as depression, anxiety, trauma, PTSD, bipolar disorder, OCD, ADHD, addiction, and other mental health concerns.
• Maintain timely, accurate, and compliant clinical documentation.
• Collaborate with psychiatrists, psychiatric nurse practitioners, and other members of the clinical team to support coordinated patient care.
• Monitor patient progress and modify treatment approaches as clinically appropriate.
• Maintain an ethical, compassionate, and patient-centered approach to care.
• Participate in interdisciplinary collaboration and contribute to a positive and supportive clinical culture.
• Provide psychotherapy through telehealth in accordance with applicable clinical, regulatory, and organizational requirements.
• Attend required in-office days and meetings at the Fort Lauderdale location.

Qualifications

• Current and unrestricted Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) license in the State of Florida.
• Master's Degree in Social Work (MSW) from an accredited institution.
• Experience providing psychotherapy in an outpatient mental health, behavioral health, psychiatric, or clinical setting.
• Strong clinical assessment, diagnostic, and treatment planning skills.
• Experience treating common psychiatric and behavioral health conditions.
• Excellent interpersonal, communication, and documentation skills.
• Ability to work independently while also collaborating effectively with a multidisciplinary clinical team.
• Comfortable providing psychotherapy through telehealth.
• Strong commitment to evidence-based, ethical, and patient-centered care.
• Must currently reside in Palm Beach, Broward, or Miami-Dade County.
• Must be able to travel to the NeuroHealth Treatment Centers office in Fort Lauderdale for approximately 1–2 days per week.
• Bilingual Spanish-speaking candidates preferred.
