Position Summary
We are seeking Licensed Clinical Social Workers (LCSWs) to provide outpatient behavioral health services across multiple clinic locations. These roles support integrated, patient-centered mental health care within a collaborative primary care environment.
Compensation
- Compensation negotiable based on experience and location
- Productivity or quality-based incentives may be available
Key Responsibilities
- Provide individual, family, and group therapy services
- Conduct psychosocial assessments and develop treatment plans
- Diagnose and treat mental health conditions within scope of licensure
- Collaborate with primary care providers and interdisciplinary care teams
- Provide crisis intervention and brief counseling as needed
- Maintain accurate and timely documentation in the EMR
- Coordinate care with community agencies and support services
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Social Work (MSW) from an accredited program
- Active Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) license or license-eligible
- Experience in outpatient or integrated behavioral health preferred
- Strong clinical, documentation, and communication skills
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team-based environment
Work Schedule & Environment
- Outpatient behavioral health clinic setting
- Monday-Friday schedule
- No weekends or on-call duties (unless negotiated)
