Location: Bethlehem, Pennsylvania
Job Types: Full-time
Pay: $80,000 - $90,000 per year + benefits
Schedule: Monday-Friday (9 AM – 5 PM)

Position Summary: We are seeking a skilled and empathetic Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) to join our dynamic team. This role involves providing therapeutic services to a diverse client population through evidence-based practices. You'll have the flexibility to work remotely, in-office, or a hybrid setup based on your preferences.
Responsibilities:
- Provide individual, family, and/or group therapy sessions
- Conduct comprehensive assessments and create treatment plans
- Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation
- Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to coordinate care
- Refer clients to appropriate community resources when necessary
- Participate in team meetings and ongoing training
