Providing outpatient services through a telehealth program, the full-time Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) will work remotely to deliver compassionate mental health care while managing a flexible schedule with no weekends. Key responsibilities Conduct comprehensive assessments and develop treatment plans for clients Utilize telehealth technology to provide therapy and support to clients across various demographics Collaborate with clients to achieve their mental health goals and monitor progress Required qualifications Master's degree in social work and valid LCSW licensure Unrestricted authorization to work in the United States without employer sponsorship Experience with mental health and/or substance abuse diagnoses Fluency in English; Spanish proficiency preferred Ability to maintain a private workspace for HIPAA compliance
