LifeStance Health seeks a Licensed Clinical Social Worker to provide outpatient therapy to children, adolescents, and adults in a hybrid in-person/telehealth model. You will complete biopsychosocial assessments, create evidence-based treatment plans, and deliver individual, couples, and family therapy for diverse behavioral health needs. Collaborating with psychiatrists and other clinicians, you will coordinate care, provide crisis intervention, and maintain thorough documentation in our EHR.
