To provide outpatient services through a telehealth program, the full-time Licensed Clinical Social Worker, FL will manage client assessments, treatment planning, and therapy sessions remotely while offering bilingual support in Spanish. Key responsibilities Conduct comprehensive assessments and develop individualized treatment plans for clients Provide therapy sessions via telehealth, ensuring patient confidentiality and adherence to HIPAA regulations Collaborate with clients to achieve their mental health goals and monitor progress throughout treatment Required qualifications Master's level degree in social work and valid licensure as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) in Florida Unrestricted authorization to work in the United States without employer sponsorship Fluency in English; proficiency in Spanish is preferred Experience with mental health and/or substance abuse diagnosis and treatment Ability to effectively utilize telehealth technology for client interactions
