Licensed Clinical Risk Manager

Seeking a full-time Licensed Clinical Risk Manager to oversee the clinical risk program for a nationwide behavioral health provider network, managing safety events from intake to closure, leading investigations, and driving systems improvements, all within a remote work environment. Key responsibilities Own the intake, triage, and case management process for reported safety events, ensuring timely response and closure Lead investigations of serious events, analyzing contributing factors and coordinating with clinical leadership when necessary Drive corrective actions to closure and translate findings into system improvements to enhance patient safety Required qualifications 5+ years of experience in healthcare risk management or patient safety Experience in behavioral health settings, including outpatient, telehealth, or crisis management Proven track record of managing event investigations and corrective action processes Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and develop risk mitigation plans Commitment to ethical, patient-centered care and building a culture of reporting
