As a full-time Licensed Clinical Product Principal, the successful candidate will embed behavioral health expertise into the design and evolution of a digital platform, ensuring clinical soundness and compliance while collaborating with product and engineering teams to create AI-enabled healthcare tools remotely. Key responsibilities Embed with product teams to ensure clinical input shapes initiatives from problem definition through launch Translate complex clinical workflows into actionable requirements for engineers and designers Monitor product performance across provider adoption, patient experience, and clinical quality using data and clinician feedback Required qualifications An active, unrestricted license as a psychologist (PhD/PsyD) or psychiatrist (MD/DO) with 6+ years of post-graduate clinical experience Direct experience partnering with product and engineering teams to build AI-enabled healthcare tools Familiarity with AI governance, risk frameworks, or clinical safety standards for AI Experience in a high-growth startup or tech company Strong analytical skills to define metrics and use data to influence decisions
