Licensed Clinical Operations Team Lead

To support a growing clinical operations team, the full-time Licensed Clinical Operations Team Lead will manage a caseload while overseeing team operations, developing training programs, and providing consultation on complex cases in a remote environment. Key responsibilities Maintain a caseload and dynamically adjust based on team capacity and case complexity Oversee team operations, including tracking workflows and project timelines within Smartsheet Develop and deliver training on management referral processes to support customer leadership needs Required qualifications Independent clinical licensure (LCSW, LPC, LMFT, or equivalent) required 3+ years of Employee Assistance Program (EAP) experience, including at least 1 year in management consultation Strong understanding of Substance Use Disorders (SUD) and Levels of Care (LOC) Familiarity with clinical operations systems and workflows Proficiency with Smartsheet and project tracking tools preferred
