To support the Clinical Mental Health Counseling graduate program, the full-time Clinical Faculty & CMHC Clinical Coordinator will manage community agency relationships, oversee practicum and internship placements, and provide high-quality clinical instruction in a fully remote environment. Key responsibilities Recruit and cultivate relationships with clinical sites to expand the network for student placements Ensure compliance with state and institutional regulations, including site vetting and digital telehealth standards Deliver clinical instruction and support student gatekeeping processes while developing asynchronous coursework Required qualifications Ph.D. or Ed.D. in Counselor Education and Supervision from a CACREP-accredited program Licensed in the state of residence or eligible for immediate independent licensure as an LPC, LMHC, or LCPC Supervisor-level credential (e.g., QS, LPC-S, ACS) with experience in multiple states Minimum of 2 years of post-master's clinical mental health counseling experience Proficient in clinical software platforms such as Tevera, Exxat, or Sonia
