Licensed Clinical Interviewer

To support a growing virtual mental health practice, the full-time Licensed Clinical Interviewer will conduct structured interviews with behavioral health clinician candidates, assessing their clinical competence and alignment with organizational standards in a remote setting. Key responsibilities Conduct high-volume, structured clinical interviews to evaluate candidates' clinical reasoning and decision-making Document interview findings thoroughly to facilitate quick recruiting decisions and maintain hiring standards Collaborate with the Clinical Director and Talent team to continuously improve the clinical assessment framework Required qualifications Active, unrestricted independent behavioral-health license in good standing in at least one U.S. state 5+ years of post-licensure behavioral-health clinical experience Strong clinical judgment across diagnosis, treatment planning, and ethics Experience supervising, training, or evaluating other clinicians Ability to conduct multiple video interviews daily while remaining engaged with candidates
