Providing counseling and coaching services, the full-time Licensed Clinical Counselor will manage a caseload, deliver crisis support, and conduct clinical assessments in a fully remote environment. Key responsibilities Manage a counseling caseload, including referrals, consultations, and return-to-work coaching Provide crisis support and conduct clinical intakes and assessments for clients Track program effectiveness metrics and maintain accurate clinical documentation Required qualifications Master's degree in psychology, social work, counseling, or a related field Active behavioral health licensure in good standing (LPC, LPCC, LCSW, or LMFT) 2-3 years of post-master's clinical experience Experience in crisis counseling, stabilization, and case management Strong clinical judgment and critical thinking skills
