Providing clinical support and resources, the part-time Licensed Clinical Care Navigator will work remotely from Saturday to Wednesday, 9 am to 5 pm ET, assisting clients with mental health and substance use concerns through outbound calls and some inbound crisis line support. Key responsibilities Deliver in-the-moment clinical support and psychoeducation while connecting clients to appropriate resources Conduct risk assessments and provide crisis support, safety planning, and follow-up for high-risk members Collaborate with multi-disciplinary teams to ensure effective care and a smooth member experience Required qualifications Licensed as LCSW, LMFT, LPC, or licensed psychologist Minimum of 2+ years of direct clinical care experience Expertise in crisis assessment and safety planning Familiarity with crisis support, CBT, motivational interviewing, and solution-focused interventions Proficient in using various computer platforms and technology
