Detail-oriented and client-focused, the full-time hourly Licensed Client Service Specialist will serve as the primary point of contact for clients, addressing inquiries and providing support through various channels while ensuring a strong understanding of insurance products and services in a remote environment. Key responsibilities: Serve as the first point of contact for client inquiries via phone, email, or in person Respond to inbound calls for new sales and post-sales service, and follow up with warm leads Maintain and update client records in agency management systems and contribute to process improvements in client service delivery Required qualifications: High school diploma or equivalent required Minimum of 1 year of experience in a customer service role, preferably in the insurance industry Active Life Accident & Health insurance license Strong knowledge of insurance products, policies, and terminology Proficiency in Microsoft Office and agency management software preferred
