Managing a designated book of clients, the full-time Licensed Client Manager will serve as the primary contact for insurance needs, lead the renewal process, and troubleshoot complex client issues while working remotely. Key responsibilities Serve as the main point of contact for clients, managing their insurance needs with minimal oversight Lead the renewal and remarketing process, providing consultative guidance on coverage gaps and policy structures Troubleshoot complex client issues and manage endorsements, claims inquiries, and audits with high attention to detail Required qualifications 3-5 years of experience in insurance account management, preferably in Property & Casualty and Life & Health lines Active insurance license(s) in applicable lines (P&C and/or L&H) required Strong understanding of carrier underwriting guidelines and coverage forms Proficient in AMS360 or comparable agency management systems Proven ability to build long-term client relationships and manage a book of business
