Providing comprehensive support to clients, the full-time Licensed Client Manager will assess needs, assist with grant requests, and facilitate referrals while working remotely to ensure high-quality, client-centered care. Key responsibilities Deliver equitable and coordinated client-centered care using trauma-informed and strength-based approaches Review and recommend grant assistance for health, mental health, and basic living needs while maintaining accurate case records Collaborate across departments to implement best practices and share client-focused trends to enhance service delivery Required qualifications Master's degree in mental health, behavioral health, social services, or a related field 3+ years of experience in mental health, behavioral health, or social services Strong proficiency in MS Office and experience with database products for reporting and analytics Commitment to confidentiality and cultural competence in diverse community interactions Demonstrated leadership skills and ability to thrive in a collaborative environment
