Serving as a trusted advisor for commercial insurance clients, the full-time Licensed Claims Advocate will manage claims processes, provide strategic support, and collaborate with clients and insurance carriers in a remote work environment. Key responsibilities Serve as the primary claims resource for assigned commercial clients Monitor and manage open claims, ensuring timely communication among all parties Identify opportunities to reduce claim costs and improve risk management outcomes Required qualifications Active Property & Casualty Insurance License required 5+ years of experience in commercial claims, insurance, risk management, or a related field preferred Strong knowledge of commercial insurance coverages and claim processes Experience with property and casualty and commercial lines claims is preferred Proficiency with claims systems, agency management platforms, and Microsoft Office
