Working remotely on weekends from 12:30 PM to 12 AM, the part-time Licensed Case Manager will provide telephonic and virtual case management, crisis support, and care coordination while managing CrisisNow calls and collaborating with various resources to optimize member well-being. Key responsibilities Provide immediate support and crisis intervention during assigned coverage times, including taking CrisisNow calls Coordinate care with TimelyCare providers and external resources, advocating for members to receive appropriate levels of care Monitor member progress and develop individualized care plans based on assessments and available resources Required qualifications Master's degree in a mental health field, such as counseling or social work, required Active and unrestricted clinical license preferred or required based on role scope 3-5 years of experience in a clinical setting, particularly in crisis management and case management Experience working with clients with complex psychiatric, mental health, and substance abuse disorders Strong understanding of telehealth best practices and crisis intervention techniques
