Providing essential support in a remote capacity, the full-time Licensed Brokerage Operations Specialist will manage incoming and outgoing calls, process new account documents, and ensure compliance with regulatory standards while maintaining high-quality service for clients and field professionals. Key responsibilities Answer incoming member and field phone calls, assist team members, and manage workflow to ensure effective service delivery Maintain a thorough understanding of brokerage operations products, services, and applicable policies and procedures Analyze and approve transactions, ensuring timely service and high levels of member and field satisfaction Required qualifications High School diploma with 1-2 years of related experience Proficient in MS Excel, MS Word, and financial reporting tools Experience with Envestnet, Wealthscape, Netx360, or similar systems FINRA Series 7 and 63/65, or 66 required or to be obtained within 90 days of hire Ability to work flexible shifts based on volume forecasts
