To support a growing team, the remote Licensed Bilingual Insurance Agent (Personal Lines, P&C) will provide exceptional customer service, advise clients on insurance options, and process enrollments while working from home.
Key responsibilities
- Advise customers on plan options, coverages, and pricing
- Process new and amended enrollments efficiently
- Deliver expert customer experiences while navigating multiple systems
Required qualifications
- Active resident license to sell Property & Casualty insurance
- At least 1 year of customer service experience
- High school diploma or GED
- Strong computer navigation skills and PC knowledge
- Proficiency in both English and Spanish
