To support the National Maternal Mental Health Hotline, the fully remote Licensed Bilingual Hotline Counselor will provide psychosocial support, referrals, and resources to pregnant and postpartum individuals, managing incoming inquiries via phone, text, and chat while working 40 hours per week from Tuesday to Saturday, 4:00 PM to 12:00 AM Eastern. Key responsibilities Answer incoming inquiries and conduct assessments to provide immediate psychosocial support and evidence-based information Educate help-seekers on perinatal mental health resources and refer them to appropriate services Maintain accurate documentation of cases in the Salesforce system in real-time, adhering to established policies Required qualifications Bachelor's degree in a related field (psychology, social work, counseling, etc.) preferred Fluency in Spanish is required Must be a Licensed Mental Health Clinician, Licensed Healthcare Professional with maternal and child health experience, or a National or State-Certified Doula, Lactation Consultant, Childbirth Educator, or Peer Specialist Two years of work experience in maternal and child health Professional liability insurance coverage of at least $1,000,000 per occurrence
