Seeking a dedicated Licensed Behavioral Therapist for a full-time remote position who will conduct virtual therapy sessions, develop individualized treatment plans, and collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to improve health disparities. Key responsibilities: Conduct virtual therapy sessions, including individual, group, and family therapy Develop and implement individualized treatment plans Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to provide holistic care Required qualifications: Licensed Behavioral Therapist (LCSW, LPC, LMFT, or equivalent) Licensure in multiple states is preferred Strong commitment to minority health and caring for culturally and ethnically diverse populations Experience with telehealth platforms is a plus
