Providing virtual support for psychoeducational groups, the full-time Licensed Behavioral Specialist - WI will assess behaviors, develop individualized treatment plans, and collaborate with an interdisciplinary team while working remotely from a state where the organization operates. Key responsibilities Facilitate virtual psychoeducational groups tailored to patients' specific needs and goals under clinical supervision Conduct environmental context assessments and guide patients through real-world skill practice during video sessions Document mental health services and participate in multidisciplinary treatment team meetings to adjust care plans as necessary Required qualifications Bachelor's Degree in human services, psychology, social work, or a related field Valid Substance Abuse Counselor-in-Training credential (or state equivalent) if working in an Addiction Recovery program At least 12 months of relevant Cognitive-Behavioral Treatment (CBT) experience Compliance training for Residential Care Center (RCC) and Community Based Residential Facility (CBRF) preferred Training on telehealth platforms and technical troubleshooting with patients
