Joining a collaborative team, the full-time Licensed Behavioral Health Therapist will provide diagnostic assessments, develop treatment plans, and implement interventions for a diverse patient population in a 100% remote environment. Key responsibilities Conduct diagnostic assessments and crisis interventions while determining the need for ongoing care Develop and implement individualized treatment plans based on patient needs and continually assess progress Document treatment sessions and provide updates to the interdisciplinary team as necessary Required qualifications Master's degree in Counseling, Social Work, Psychology, or related Behavioral Health Sciences Active license in good standing in the relevant state(s) of practice Licensure requirements vary by state, including LMHC, LISW, LPCC, LCSW, LMFT, and LPC Credentialing through the Allied Health Staff of the organization is required Knowledge of various treatment modalities and emerging issues in the behavioral health profession
