Licensed Behavioral Health Manager

To ensure appropriate care for members, the full-time remote Licensed Behavioral Health Manager will oversee utilization review clinicians, manage operational activities, and collaborate with senior leadership on behavioral health utilization management issues. Key responsibilities Oversee behavioral health utilization review clinicians and ensure compliance with guidelines Review and analyze utilization management activities to identify areas for improvement Develop and implement policies and procedures for effective utilization of healthcare services Required qualifications Graduate of an Accredited School of Nursing or Bachelor's degree with 6+ years of related experience, including management experience Active clinical license (LCSW, LMHC, LPC, LMFT, LMHP, or RN) required 3+ years of management experience preferred Strong knowledge of utilization management principles preferred Advanced understanding of medical necessity criteria for behavioral health services preferred
