To support a flexible and therapy-focused practice, the remote Licensed Behavioral Health Counselor will provide therapy services to clients, manage their own schedule, and receive weekly pay for completed sessions and documentation. Key responsibilities Provide therapy services to clients through live video sessions and messaging Manage intake and discharge processes for clients without handling billing or claims Set and maintain a flexible schedule while managing a personal caseload Required qualifications Active state license as a Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC), Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC), or Licensed Mental Health Professional (LMHP) CAQH number for independent practice capability Ability to provide therapy services remotely with reliable internet access
