Licensed Behavioral Health Care Manager

To support a pediatric collaborative care team, the full-time Licensed Behavioral Health Care Manager will assess mental health needs, provide brief therapeutic interventions, and coordinate care for an assigned caseload of pediatric patients in a fully remote setting. Key responsibilities Coordinates mental health care with medical providers and consulting psychiatrists for assigned patients Conducts mental health assessments and provides patient education on treatment options and engagement Tracks treatment response and monitors clinical symptoms through standardized measures and follow-up care Required qualifications Master of Social Work (M.S.W.) degree Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) or Licensed Master Social Worker (LMSW) in relevant states Experience working with a pediatric population in a clinical setting Ability to provide evidence-based psychotherapeutic interventions No specific prior work experience required
