Leading a team of Behavioral Health Care Managers, the full-time remote Lead Behavioral Health Care Manager will provide clinical supervision, deliver direct patient care, and ensure quality treatment for oncology patients using evidence-based practices. Key responsibilities Provide training and clinical supervision to BHCMs, ensuring the delivery of evidence-based treatments Conduct structured assessments and develop treatment plans for oncology patients, implementing ongoing progress assessments Track performance metrics and support BHCMs in achieving documentation and treatment targets Required qualifications Licensed mental health provider with 2+ years of experience in treating patients with chronic or serious medical illnesses 1+ years of experience in a leadership role, preferably managing a remote team across multiple states Proficient in using data to inform decision-making and improve patient care Experience in delivering care in a virtual setting and supporting patients with diverse backgrounds and varying acuity levels Ability to work virtual clinic hours in the Pacific Timezone
