We are seeking a Licensed Barber or Licensed Cosmetologist to join a busy, customer-focused barbershop. Key Responsibilities

• Perform quality men's haircuts while providing exceptional customer service.
• Consult with clients to understand their desired haircut and style.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and professional workstation.
• Follow sanitation and safety standards at all times.
• Build strong relationships with clients to encourage repeat business.
• Perform additional barbering services as trained.
• Straight razor shaving experience is not required; training will be provided.

Qualifications

• 1-3+ years of barber experience preferred.
• Comfortable performing basic men's haircuts.
• Strong customer service and communication skills.
• Reliable, professional, and team-oriented.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced barbershop environment.
• Flexible scheduling availability, including Saturdays.

Schedule

• Tuesday-Friday: 8:00 AM - 7:00 PM
• Saturday: 8:00 AM - 4:00 PM
• Closed Sundays and Mondays.

Hours

• 32-40+ hours a week, flexible scheduling
• 3 of 4 Saturdays a month
