The Gig
As a Licensed Barber or Cosmetologist at Floyd’s 99, you’ll deliver fresh cuts, clean fades, and confidence-boosting style that keeps clients coming back. You’re here to keep the chair moving, the vibes pro, and the finish work on point. Key responsibilities include consulting fast, listening hard, and matching clients with the right look. Cut, clip, shave, and style with consistent quality and speed. Keep tools sanitized and your station dialed-in. Track services/products in the system and stay on schedule. Collaborate with the crew to hit shop goals and client satisfaction.
Your Daily Flow
You roll in, set up your station, and check your lineup—then it’s go-time. You’ll bounce between first-timers and regulars, switching styles on the fly and keeping convos easy (or quiet, if that’s their thing). Between appointments, you reset, sanitize, and keep your tools ready so you’re never scrambling. Expect quick touch-ups, bigger transformations, and plenty of “mirror check” moments.
