To support KPA's compliance leadership in the automotive retail sector, the full-time remote Licensed Automotive Compliance Specialist will monitor legal and regulatory developments, enhance compliance resources, and leverage AI technologies to improve consultant productivity and compliance methodologies. Key Responsibilities Monitor federal and state legislation affecting Automotive Advertising, Sales, and F&I, providing practical implementation guidance Maintain and enhance KPA's 50-state compliance libraries and knowledge resources, translating complex legal concepts into operational guidance Leverage AI to improve regulatory research, compliance analysis, and knowledge management, ensuring legal accuracy and consistency Required Qualifications Bachelor's degree or equivalent professional experience Five or more years of experience in automotive retail compliance or related fields Strong understanding of Automotive Advertising, Sales, and F&I regulations Demonstrated ability to research and interpret complex legal and regulatory requirements Proficiency in utilizing AI tools to enhance research and compliance workflows
