Investigating and resolving auto claims, the fully remote Auto Telephone Claims Adjuster will evaluate coverage, determine liability, and negotiate settlements while maintaining compliance with regulatory standards. Key responsibilities Maintain compliance with regulatory and company standards throughout the claim lifecycle Investigate minor to moderately complex auto accidents and prepare summaries Negotiate and settle claims in alignment with established best practices and guidelines Required qualifications Active insurance adjuster license Experience in auto insurance claims handling Ability to conduct recorded statements with claimants and witnesses Familiarity with regulatory compliance in claims processing Strong documentation skills for claim files
