About the Position
Position Title: Licensed Associate Counselor. Responsibilities
- New patient intake and orientation
- Conduct initial assessment of patient problems and needs and report to clinical team to initiate treatment planning
- Conduct individual sessions
- Facilitate groups with patients
- Address patient concerns and help eliminate possibility of AMA
- Provide case management
- Provide tours for prospective patients and their families as requested
- Document in patient medical record
Requirements
- Must have one of the following: LAC, LPC, LSW or LCSW
- Active mental health license or certification, clean and active
- New graduates welcome
- Experience conducting group sessions
- Flexibility and willingness are great attributes
Schedule
- Full Time
- Monday - Friday
- 1PM - 9:30PM
Compensation
Hourly rate competitive with experience and location.
