Position Title
Licensed Associate Counselor

Responsibilities
- New patient intake and orientation
- Conduct initial assessment of patient problems and needs and report to clinical team to initiate treatment planning
- Conduct individual sessions
- Facilitate group sessions with patients
- Address patients' concerns and help eliminate possibility of AMA
- Provide case management
- Provide tours for prospective patients and families as requested
- Document in patient medical record
Requirements
- Have one of the following credentials: LAC, LPC, LSW, or LCSW
- Hold a current, clean, active mental health license or certification
- New graduates welcome
- Experience conducting group sessions
- Flexibility and willingness are desirable attributes
Schedule
- Full Time, Monday - Friday
- 1 PM - 9:30 PM
Compensation
- Hourly rate competitive with experience and location
