To support a growing portfolio of agricultural clients, the full-time Licensed Agriculture Account Manager will provide customer service, manage renewals, and assist in business development efforts remotely. Key responsibilities Supports Producers in developing new business opportunities and initiates the renewal process for existing clients Conducts marketing, negotiates rates, and reviews quotes to ensure competitiveness and accuracy Participates in the claims process and provides technical guidance to staff regarding client needs Required qualifications Associate's Degree or equivalent combination of education and experience Six (6) or more years of related work experience Valid Insurance License with ongoing Continuing Education requirements Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
