Licensed Advanced Practice Provider

Providing clinical support to Medical Directors, the full-time Licensed Advanced Practice Provider will oversee donor care at collection centers, ensure regulatory compliance, and support quality assurance activities. Key responsibilities Oversee donor care and eligibility assessments, ensuring safety and compliance with regulatory standards Manage medical and logistical issues during the collection process and address post-collection complications Provide medical input for regulatory submissions and ensure adherence to quality assurance standards Required qualifications Licensed Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant with a Master's degree or higher in a relevant field Minimum of three years of experience in allogenic stem cell transplantation, blood banking, or apheresis Knowledge of FDA regulations, good tissue practices, and donor medical care Ability to provide medical leadership and manage multiple tasks effectively Experience interpreting clinical test results, including labs and EKGs
