Leading the treatment team, the full-time Licensed Admissions Counselor will conduct intake assessments, provide individual support, and ensure compliance with member admission requirements while working Monday through Friday from 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM. Key responsibilities Conduct intake assessments to evaluate individuals' appropriateness for the program Provide individual support, including crisis intervention and referrals to other resources Document members' progress using the custom EMR and ensure compliance with admission requirements Required qualifications Bachelor's degree required; Master's degree preferred Full licensure: LADC, LCSW/LISW, LCAC, LMFT, LPCC/LMHC Minimum two years of experience leading group therapy in a SUD setting High comfort level with technology, including EMR and mobile apps Minimum two years of experience completing intakes in a SUD setting
