Licensed Admissions Counselor

Leading the treatment team, the full-time Licensed Admissions Counselor will conduct intake assessments, provide individual support, and ensure compliance with admission requirements while utilizing technology to document member progress. Key responsibilities Conduct intake and clinical assessments to evaluate individuals' appropriateness for the program Provide crisis intervention and coordinate care with outside parties and Care Navigators Document care coordination needs and ensure adherence to compliance activities associated with member admissions Required qualifications Bachelor's degree required; Master's degree preferred Required licensure: LCSW, LPCC, LMHC, LMFT with willingness to obtain licensure reciprocity Minimum two years of experience leading group therapy in a substance use disorder (SUD) setting High comfort level with technology, including EMR and mobile applications Minimum two years of experience completing intakes in a SUD setting
