To support a growing agency, the full-time Licensed Account Representative will develop leads, establish customer relationships, and provide exceptional service while working remotely. Key responsibilities Develop leads, schedule appointments, and market products and services to meet customer needs Establish and maintain customer relationships, following up as necessary Provide prompt and accurate customer service regarding inquiries on products, policy changes, claims, and billing Required qualifications Required Property & Casualty license Experience in sales, preferably in outside sales, retail, or telemarketing Experience in managing customer relationships Interest in marketing products and services based on customer needs Dedication to customer service and ability to anticipate customer needs
