To support a growing portfolio of clients, the full-time Licensed Account Manager will provide customer service, manage renewals, and assist in developing new business opportunities remotely. Key responsibilities Supports Producers in developing new business opportunities and initiates the renewal process for existing clients Conducts marketing, negotiates rates, and prepares proposals while ensuring accuracy and competitiveness of coverage Participates in the claims process and manages client accounting inquiries and collections Required qualifications Associate's Degree or equivalent combination of education and experience Six (6) or more years of related work experience Valid Insurance License and compliance with Continuing Education requirements Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
