Requirements
- National certification in Ambulatory Care Nursing
- Graduation from a State Board of Nursing approved LPN/LVN training program or completion of equivalent military training that permits sitting for the State licensure examination
- Current, full, active, and unrestricted license (Any State)
- Shall have practiced as an LPN performing hands-on patient care in the outpatient clinical setting for at least 12 months within the past 24 months.

Work Schedule
- Monday - Friday
- No nights and weekends
- 8 hours a day
