Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN)

Pay Rate:
Up to $33 per hour
Key Responsibilities:
- Administer and document medications and treatments accurately and on time.
- Assist physicians and healthcare professionals with diagnostic procedures and treatments.
- Monitor and report residents’ vital signs, symptoms, and overall condition.
- Provide direct nursing care, including wound care, IV therapy, and other clinical procedures.
- Assist with admissions, discharges, and transfers of residents.
- Maintain accurate nursing documentation in compliance with state and federal regulations.
- Communicate effectively with residents, families, and the interdisciplinary care team.
- Ensure adherence to infection control procedures and facility policies.
- Respond promptly to emergencies and implement appropriate interventions.
- Support CNAs and nursing staff in delivering high‑quality patient care.
- Participate in care plan meetings and contribute to resident assessments.
- Educate residents and families on health conditions, medications, and self‑care techniques.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
Qualifications:
- Graduate of an accredited school of nursing.
- Valid LPN license in Florida.
- CPR certification required.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in long‑term care or related settings.
- Strong clinical assessment, critical thinking, and teamwork skills.
