Responsibilities:

• Administer medications and treatments timely and according to policy
• Receive, transcribe, and carry out physician orders
• Follow established procedure for charting and reporting all reports of incidents/accidents (patients & employees)
• Identify and report changes in condition to supervisor, physician, and family
• Supervise nursing assistants and provide direct care to patients
• Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure seamless care delivery
