Leading a liability claims team in a fully remote capacity, the Liability Claims Supervisor will manage caseloads, promote best practices, and drive talent development while ensuring high-quality service delivery. Key responsibilities Supervise and motivate a liability claims team to deliver efficient service across various caseloads Guide the claims team in adherence to best practices and manage workloads to optimize performance Communicate professionally with clients, carriers, and brokers while identifying coaching opportunities for team development Required qualifications High School Diploma Minimum of 10 years of related claims experience, including handling litigated files Appropriately licensed and/or certified in all states where claims are managed Background in fraud/SIU and supervisory experience preferred Knowledge of all team member-related functions
