Direct Counsel is seeking mid-level to senior Leveraged Finance Associate Attorneys to join the Finance practice of a leading Am Law firm. This is an excellent opportunity for attorneys with sophisticated leveraged finance experience who are looking to work on a diverse range of complex financial transactions in a collaborative, high-performing environment.

Compensation
$370,000-$455,000 base salary , consistent with the current Cravath-scale market for mid-level to senior associates. Compensation will vary based on class year, qualifications, experience, and office location. Additional compensation may include a discretionary bonus and comprehensive benefits.
